Yes, we are Ofsted-registered. This basically means we work to the highest standards of care and are regularly inspected – just like your child’s school would be. A question asked a lot! Yes is the answer. Visit the website to check the up-dated booking form and send it off as soon as you know your plans. New forms are usually on the site the week after the last camps. Or do it online and click the “Book Now” button on our Homepage.

Much more relaxed activities as it is such a busy day. A mixture of board games and arts and crafts. We also do some other little games to make sure that your children have a fun time.

Clothes that are appropriate to the weather conditions as we are outside a lot. Soccer players need shin pads and can bring boots as well, dependent on conditions. All need to bring trainers/plimsolls, not shoes – please ensure that all children have appropriate footwear.

Total Sports do not do refunds for any reason. In the case of illness or injury, a credit note can be issued. 24 hours of non attendance is required.

Yes and a Non-fizzy Drink. Please note we do have children attending with nut allergies, and whilst we cannot guarantee a nut free environment we would encourage you not to pack nuts in your child’s packed lunch.

Pretty much! We are closed occasionally during some Christmas holidays depending upon how it falls and also Bank Holidays.

Extended Day from 8:15am to 5:30pm £28.00

PLEASE NOTE – LATE PICK UPS CHARGES :

We don’t like to do this but due to the staffing costs and the very flexible hours we feel we have to charge under all circumstances for late pick-ups as follows :

For every 15 minutes after the session ends a charge of £10 will be made for each child (for example, if you collect your child at 5.40pm you will be charged £10; if you collect your child at 5.50pm you will be charged £20). With such a long day we have to be strict on this charge after 5.30pm.

DROP OFFS

We are usually around to meet and great everyone from 9:45am to 10.00am. After this time doors at all venues are locked to ensure the safety of the children.

If you arrive after this time, there is a venue telephone number which you can call on some occasions, however due to lack of signal or dealing with the other children, this may not be answered straight away. You can also call the office number 03444 14 13 13, and our admin team will contact staff situated at all venues.

If you know in advance that you will be arriving after 9.45, please email or call to let us know, we can then look out for you.

PICK UPS

For every 15 minutes a parent is late for picking up their child, a charge of £10 will be incurred. E.g. Arriving at 5.45 to pick a child up will activate a £10 pick up charge, arriving at 6pm would result in a £20 charge and so fourth. 

Why is this? 

All children activity providers charge this as a minimum rate for late pickups. This is because 2 members of staff have to be paid for the time of looking after your children and venue hire.

What about Traffic or Work Commitments? 

We realise this is 90% of the problem, and is often out of your control. However, we still have the same costs to incur,

When do I pay my fine? 

The fines will be paid directly to our coaches on pickup.

What if I don’t have the money? 

If it is not possible to pay the fine on arrival, that is fine, but payment must be received before your children can attend a holiday club again.

What have Totalsports done to help prevent this problem? 

We have extended our pick up time from 5pm to 5:30pm at no extra cost to allow parents time to arrive for pickups.

Due to Ofsted legislation, we take children from their 5th birthday on wards.

No – You can do as many or as few days as suits you and your children.
