We are usually around to meet and great everyone from 9:45am to 10.00am. After this time doors at all venues are locked to ensure the safety of the children.
If you arrive after this time, there is a venue telephone number which you can call on some occasions, however due to lack of signal or dealing with the other children, this may not be answered straight away. You can also call the office number 03444 14 13 13, and our admin team will contact staff situated at all venues.
If you know in advance that you will be arriving after 9.45, please email or call to let us know, we can then look out for you.
For every 15 minutes a parent is late for picking up their child, a charge of £10 will be incurred. E.g. Arriving at 5.45 to pick a child up will activate a £10 pick up charge, arriving at 6pm would result in a £20 charge and so fourth.
Why is this?
All children activity providers charge this as a minimum rate for late pickups. This is because 2 members of staff have to be paid for the time of looking after your children and venue hire.
What about Traffic or Work Commitments?
We realise this is 90% of the problem, and is often out of your control. However, we still have the same costs to incur,
When do I pay my fine?
The fines will be paid directly to our coaches on pickup.
What if I don’t have the money?
If it is not possible to pay the fine on arrival, that is fine, but payment must be received before your children can attend a holiday club again.
What have Totalsports done to help prevent this problem?
We have extended our pick up time from 5pm to 5:30pm at no extra cost to allow parents time to arrive for pickups.
