Extended Day Options
As part of your booking you are able to select a standard day option, add an extended morning or add an extended evening. The below is a breakdown of timings for drop offs for all types of days at our holiday clubs:
- Our standard day timings are 8:30am-4pm. Please drop your children off at our venue between 830am-845am, our latest drop off is 845am.
- Our extended morning timing enables parents to drop off from 8am. This can be added to your booking at any point and costs £2.
- Our extended evening options enables parents to collect as late as 5:30pm. Parents are able to book an extended evening to pick up between 4pm-5pm at a cost of £5. Parents can add a further later collection until 5:30pm which is costed at a further £2 (Total of £7 for a 5:30pm collection).
Parents are reminded that any late pick ups will result in a late pick up charge. This is charged at £10 per £10 minutes and ensures we are able to pay coaches for staying late with your children. For example, if you have booked an extended evening and collect your child at 5:40pm, you would be charged £10. If you collected at 5:50pm you would be charged £20. This is inline with what other childcare providers follow to ensure we are able to cover our costs.
