Total Sports Limited does not issue refunds for any reason, including non-attendance.
If your child is unable to attend, please email or phone our head office before 9.30am. Please do not send your child to camp if they are ill as this can spread infection to other children and staff.
We know plans can change and that’s why we offer you a choice of flexibility with your booking. Please choose the right level of flexibility for you.
If you book our Insurance option you can change your dates or cancel right up until the last working day before your child’s first day at camp in any week. Plus, if your child is ill and can’t attend, we’ll make up the days or refund you, your choice.
With our Non-Insurance option, you can book now knowing that you can still make changes to your booking up to 14 days before your booking starts. This booking option is non-refundable due to illness or any other curtailments. A credit note cannot be issued or a change of date under any circumstances unless you have booked the insurance option.
