Total Energy is for children who love to be involved in varied, fun, non-stop activities. With a menu of over 50 activities across the week, our activities are sporty, arty, crafty, adventure, fun and offer all interests something they’ll love!! Our activities range from dodgeball to den building, painting to hockey, field games to swimming, yoga to football!!
As part of our energy programme, your children will be split into age specific groups. This means that they will enjoy their day with children from their year groups and friends from other schools in the same year!! Our activities are designed to suit each age group and their interests with our experienced coaches tailoring sessions to ensure all children have the best time possible!!
2 Choices Every Hour!!! Your children will be offered 2 choices of activities every hour, meaning they get to decide exactly what they do! Our 2 choices are always designed to be contrasting and to appeal to all interests! Our timetables are designed by experienced managers who understand the importance of offering a sporty & competitive option and also a non-competitive more relaxed choice!! For example, your children could choose between basketball or a crafts activity, they could choose between capture the flag or den building, they could choose between Swimming or NERF; Our 2 choices work perfectly to ensure children of all interests are catered for and have the best day possible!!!
Total Energy also provides opportunities for children to engage with our WOW equipment, swimming, special visits from the police, fire service and animals and themed activities which are offered at set times of the year and at set venues; please check our website and social media for this closer to the holiday club start date.

A STANDARD DAY
All of our venues follow the same timings, so that your children can get
used to our routines. Activities are subject to change, but will always
include a variety of themes.
Timings will stay the same at every venue with children always having
snack, lunch, free play and activities at the same time at all holiday clubs!

This is the best thing to come out of this summer, I was a bit doubious about it at first wondering if my son would enjoy it but he absolutely loved it. So much that he wanted to go back again and again. Staff brilliant, we will be coming back again in the next holidays.
After 3 weeks of holiday clubs, our little one has enjoyed the first night of Football Academy, he is learning so much and will only get better with the skills shared from all involved.
Great sport teachers. They are fab while teaching PE in schools and fab at running the holiday club. I don’t even need childcare throughout the holiday but have paid for it several times as my son just loves attending. All the staff are very friendly and brilliant with the kids.
